EY GDS management is extremely poor and are not having a proper vision. Being a cost center don't have any strategy to have bench and also no clarity on project pipeline. Most of the time, lot of redundant processes have to be followed, to satisfy ego of internal competency leaders. Emerging Tech ED within DET didn't allow for movement from ET to another competency within EY GDS and asked people to leave. Promotion only happens to people in Trivandam location who are existing employees close to leadership. No appetite to encourage people to try out new things or accept new people joining different other locations....Read More

Job Switch advice

Dotnet fullstack developer with angular. Close to 10 years of experience. I got an offer of 42LPA from a US based product company which is setting up it office in india. The company is not that big, according to linkedin it has 200 to 500 employees overall. I currently work with one of the big 4s with decent wlb and a CTC of 30LPA. The total revenue of the new company is the operating budget of the current budget of my project ? Do you guys think this is worth the switch ?
