As a field engineer work is good co workers are also good. Also our md and hr are also well.

Dislikes

Mejor problem of salary.some of working place was to dangerous. No training period receive.

My work is on site.every day accept sunday we have to go to site.all over work is not bad.

IT'S GOOD TO WORK AT ERIS.

Dislikes

MOSTLY PROBLEM IS GETTING SELLARY IN TIME.WORK BASED ON WHOLE ASSAM STATE.SO THE SHIFTING METHODE IS TOO BORING.THIS IS NOT TIME SHIFTING,IT'S LOCATION SHIFTING.

the company is open to innovation adopts latest technology. i love thae fact that i am apart of team that electric line survey like transmission and distribution line survey and propose. Segregate tea estate feeder from rural feeder. propose substation and ring mein system in power distribution. As a result i get travel abroad, especially to the guwahati and dibrugarh.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. The work pressure is very high. Sometimes, I have work 14-18 hours straight in a day as I have to attend client calls in the evening and sometimes late into night. Floor manager do not value an individual unique strengths, which is why I have to back my suggestion most of the times.
