Huge Politics, Baised approach, Owner driven decison making, Poor profesionalism, Diabeto division is good remaning all business are struggling (Cardio, Neuro and Acute) due to poor vision and no clarity of business

Learned lot more think but could have done much better if oppurtunties given. No system and Baised approach. My senior leaders are good it was only learning I have. Always struggle due to lack of visibility of business.

With a strong reputation in the market, ample promotional opportunities, and focused on employee well- being, my time there was truely rewarding.

1 Dislike to concentration of authority in person, prefer a more balanced approach to treat ABMs fairly in the organisation. 2 Displeased with the behaviour of RBMs and SMs misusing the authority, especially in building personal relations with core customers and potentially using company's resources for personal gain. 3 Dissatisfaction with minimum incremental policy for non- performers. I got high increments because i use to perform every year. However, its not fair with the non performers, they are also assets of the corporate. 4 Incentive policies are like just checked in the box. 5 No appreciation awards to the performers.
