If I talk about career growth then I would probably say this area needs to be worked upon very hard. People are stuck in same position for years due to very flat organisation structure. Politics is a major negative factor in this company. More or less in every department you would see this existing. People promote their favorites. This culture exists in other companies as well but here its in excess and open. Travel is mostly for functions with client interface or need based but most of the time there are Travel budget freeze for Support functions. First of all os Job Security. There is nothing like that. Whenever they don't get enough project, they will throw you out with just 20-25 days of notice period. I also faced this issue here. My Manager ANURUDDHA KOLEY is very rude in behaviour didn't speak in a polite manner for once in the job period. The work environment is very poor which I faced. You'll feel like used like a pen.
