Worst and frustrated management and Lala culture in Ericssson global. Your profile gets completely screwed up with time and you are no more left with any skill. Very low yearly increment and constant transformation leads to uncertainty.

Very good company for working, learning part is too good. Ericsson spent a very good amount and time also on training and skills development.as this is an global company so you learn different cultures and ways of working here all over the world.

Job security is not good as earlier, some department head took personal benefit and placed their relatives on higher position.i have to work 15-18 hours in a Day and some times in night also.but manager do not value. How many years you served the organisation, they not bother. I want to join this again to serve in a good manners.
