Hybrid ways of working, that is also going to end soon. Holiday payout is there and number of leaves is more but sometimes you were allowed to take in some project

Job security is less when you are on bench. They forcefully ask you to put the paper and resign. I remember one employee, His manager schedule an interview of that employee in am office meeting room. Employee went their with project interview intention but as soon he reach and saw there were 3 people are there in a meeting room. 2 of them are HR and one is his manager. They explain him to resign now and you have to submit all the belonging including laptop, I card etc. Within an half an hour he was jobless....Read More
