Well the overall company is very good in every aspect but I feel the growth is little slow and that's why we have to switch to other companies . And sometimes the work pressure is very high and we have to do that in that deadline . They don't praise their employees for their great hard work sometimes.

Good work environment and culture. Teammates are supportive and the management is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.
