I really feel good to be in Ericsson because i feel very friendly environment with each other.i have learned many new things regrading technical works and troubleshooting different type of issues.i did not feel bored even having lot of work..i really enjoying work.

Dislikes

salary growth is low.

Work Details

1.Technically very interesting to learn new things from new projects. 2.Giving support for Field team to clear issues as soon as possoble. 3.Giving loading for Re-integration of sites in 3G and 4G technologies.

Work days: Monday to Friday (Flexible Timings)

Work related travel: This is a desk job.

Use video conferencing tools to stay connected with colleagues. 8. Prioritize integrity by delivering high-quality work. 9. Take ownership of your career by setting goals and seeking feedback. 10. Establish clear expectations with colleagues and managers. 11. Celebrate achievements and recognize progress to stay motivated. By applying these lessons, I've been able to thrive in a remote work environment.
