Here's a revised version: It is my observation that some of the leadership roles within the organization, including the VP, GM, AGM, and Growth Managers, may have strong educational backgrounds; however, there appears to be a gap in their practical work performance and understanding of the business dynamics. There seems to be a disconnect from the ground-level operations and customer experiences. Issues arise, such as attributing customer returns in buyer remorse cases solely to the Vendor Relations team, which is not always the case. It's crucial to foster a culture of collaboration and a deeper understanding of the business processes. Unfortunately, the current environment lacks proper documentation, structured processes, and effective reporting mechanisms. Moreover, there is a reluctance to accept assistance and new ideas from team members who are willing to contribute positively. It's disheartening to note that individuals with extensive experience are assigned tasks that don't align with their expertise, such as sharing templates with vendors.
