There is no leadership quality from top to bottoms... -More conflicts and Controversial among the management...for whom to contact to solve a issue on staff level, and Customer service level... -All the staffs not working as per the level of their designation and profiles. -Poor promises to customers and policies changing often without updating to the customers with perior notice.. -Dead slow on resolving customer transactions problem and poor back end IT support with inadequate knowledge.. -Quick wrong decision without knowing the fact about a Branch Staffs due to superior politics... -Not a proper guidance and right policies... -There is not job security and satisfaction...even management and HR don't know,How to take a official action against a staff after done proper reviews on his business parameters.. -Not a right place to service to sales..and they focus only concall on about sales but Not strong customer service & satisfaction . -More embarrassment on official life ....Read More
