Equifax Senior Management is not understanding of potential skill of employee. High skill resources are doing less skilled Job for long term. Policies are made in such way that stop you reaching to higher positions. Industry best practices adaptation is poor. Onsight opportunity are only limited to top management. Not sure what is the CMMI level of Equifax but they have to adopt fast to compete in IT Market....Read More

Nothing much as once you reached office you will be feel like in a hell from day 1

Dislikes

They hired candidates with good package and once there relevant work over layoff candidates without single day notice with nonsense reasons. Once you returned there laptop no one give any response on your dues even after 2 months from LWD. Don't expect any response from HR, Management or even CEO. Worst ever company in India at least
