Some times I've to work for 18 to 20 hrs straight in a day or may need to work on weekends which feels me of missing some personal space. But the seniors take the responsibility of some mistakes as their made by me personally in work and try to save, this make me more guilty. Of-course they are real leaders in nature but me personally not comfortable with that.
