There is not much to like about it. If you are a good resource and want to learn and grow then there are not much opportunities here.

Dislikes

There are too many mangers, there are managers who manages the manager. Because of this there is lot of micro management and with everyone involved in their own politics. People are in this company are there from 7-8 year and are planning to retire from here in next 5-10 year. They have quietly quit in their career and just passing time. So becomes very tough for someone at entry level or senior developer level to grow as people in top of their are hesitant to take action or any step for betterment of process or team. My current salary is 28 LPA and few companies like TCS and Capgemini have rejected me after all rounds because they think my salary is high. However I am not good with DSA to apply for good product based companies. I already resigned from my current company and relieved. I need your advice on if I should ask same 28 LPA or look for 10-20% hike?
