Not much. The admin team maintains the facility in a clean way. Qa team was helpful on floor.
Dislikes
The team leads do not possess leadership qualities and penalize the associates just for the sake of penalizing. There is no benevolent leadership. TL's think they are the bosses (whereas some of them do not even know the usage of MS Excel formulas and functions). The team members are not treated in an appropriate manner as there's lot of favoritism going on. Sarcasm is used by the TL's to reply back to the associates. When asked a query, TL asks "Why do you have so many questions when others don't?". They fail to realize that not a single team on the floor achieved the target in context with the set matrix which was being discussed during the meeting. TL's just work like puppets and do not know the difference between mass audits and transactional audits. Neither they're aware of RCSA. They just put the associates under the pressure without realizing what is good enough to be worked. Speaking about training, the process is vast and the trainers are not being given ample time to cover entire syllabus. The trainers just get 10 days to run through crash course. Whereas the associates should atleast be trained for 1 n half month atleast to cover most of the process related aspects. No hands on training is provided during the NHT phase. The management is least bothered about what is being taught during training and is only focused on getting associates on the floor at the earliest (even when they're not trained completely). The management plays dirty tricks by transferring a set of associates from one workflow to other, thereby not allowing the associates to even get a proper experience on working in one workflow (most transfers occur in period less than a month). It just seemed like the management targeted a set of agents to hit their KRA and throw them out....Read More

Low salary and annual increament also not more than 3% . Shift timings is more then 10 hour's but you will get payment for 9 hour's No Diwali bonus, No any government holiday your PL CL will collapse but no any extra money for that

nothing seems to be good for most of the employees including me.

1. Poor Management - Managers and TLs are too harsh on employees. They don't care about employees health or any other condition. No empathy towards employees. All they need is to complete targets.
2. Bad infrastructure - The building looks good from the outside. But the basic things like monitors, keyboards and mouse are too old and are creates troublesome in working. No proper chairs are available, everyday I have to hunt for a proper chair to seat and work.
3. Working Hours - Although, my working hours are 9 hours (8 hours of work and 1 hour break) yet shift timings are not fixed! You have to strictly be on time but you can't live on time!
Sometimes we are forced to work for 12-13 hours that too without giving any overtime benefits!
4. Salary - Even after tirelessly working and giving my precious 10-12 hours per day, all I get is 13k salary. I over achieve from my daily targets, but sadly no compensation, no monetary benefits, no appreciation is given at all.
Lastly, epicenter looks at employees just as mere tools to get their work done and not human!
I would strongly suggest to not join this company as it will affect your mental & physical health....Read More
