The manager taught us how manager should should not be. The management was too concerned about us that he used to keep watching us in CCTV. We felt that CCTV s had expressions We were waiting for good projects, but the wait hasn't come yet. They needed highly qualified engineers for copy pasting job and simply sitting.

Dislikes

Lot of lies from the Management. No projects which had value Bad for any professionals Lot of politics from management.

I am working for past 4 years. I found this is the good workplace to work and develop yourself. I am the best example for getting good position in the structure. I worked hard and smart then I received the what I deserved. So people who are opposing seems they did not gave their best.

Politics are there. but do not care if does not reach you. I did not had anything.

Once you have completed with minimum of 2 year then yes your are passed to compete with world level politics. Company polices are like weather prediction. You may not know what will happen tomorrow. No security, Suddenly new policies with rewritten history, partiality at its peak. Compared to the pros there will 5 times cons in this company... But dont worry if you have real financial backup and if you have guts to put your life on risk you can work in this company. there are people who are working here for more than 3 years to 15 years....
