Lot of internal politics, bad HR, no gratuity, no PF even those who are above 5+ yrs in the organisation. No medical insurance, no incentives, bonus of 5000 only per yr.

No Paid Maternity for women employees and No Medical insurance as well for maternity, they are asking us to resign if we want maternity leave. When asked why we are not been given paid maternity leave then their reason is we are Consulting and Contractor company not IT organisation. No proper yearly Hikes/Appraisal and not even a single conversation from Higher Management till my Manager. We need to follow up and ask for yearly Hikes. They just want us simply meet their targets and forget everything like a slave. One of the worst organization, i have worked with in my whole career experience.
