Flexible work hours, company culture, events and employees engagement is good. Work life balance is good.

Dislikes

Less salary,very less appraisal. Not good for freshers who wants to do there career in technical background. Because once you join here you will become very comfortable and not able to learn more things. Very obvious projects no more opportunities to learn new things. Favouritism by managers.

The worst part is that there is no proper management in company, mean no matter what your performance is , they will lay off you if project is going to end. it is like use and throw policy. Now during covid-19, company has lay off some of best employee in company but same way they are promoting some guy which are literally doing nothing, so I just want to say don't waste your time for working in these companies because they will throw you in any point of time. Job security is bad-mean they can laid off you at any time , use and throw policy- sometimes when client pull off the service/project .. management will directly will give you resignation letter and will say sorry for your loss we don't need you, Salary is good but career growth is slow, management is not good at all, especially last 2 year when new HR head and management has change - they are disturbing the culture of organisations....so if think twice before accepting offer letters as no job security is provided by these bogas organisation....Read More
