Job security is bad-mean they can laid off you at any time , use and throw policy- sometimes when client pull off the service/project .. management will directly will give you resignation letter and will say sorry for your loss we don't need you, Salary is good but career growth is slow, management is not good at all, especially last 2 year when new HR head and management has change - they are disturbing the culture of organisations....so if think twice before accepting offer letters as no job security is provided by these bogas organisation....Read More
