The company is developing hastiliy and has a very excellent infrastructure and management is also extremely appreciable.

Dislikes

There is nothing to dislike about the company as the individuals working in the company are extremely helpful and supportive to each other and all the employees hold the helping attitude to one another.

Need help in deciding from the following offers

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year. Please let me know your insights. Update - Thank you for all the inputs everyone who all contributed to the discussion.
