Worst company, if u want carrier growth this is not the place, very bad experience with lending process, they (hr ruth, sreenivas) will not consider our process knowledge, production, tenure ect, they will ask us to relieve any time to save their favorite employees ( who come to sleep), in my case, replaced me with an another employee and asked to put paper formally. if we ask any clarification in process to anantharaj, he will shout always and use bad languages. I think he have not enough process knowledge. Once i shared my consent with hr pravin, he threatend through talking about termination. Former hr yuvarani, gokul, ramesh, gowtham are awesome, they are employee friendly.( all about coimbatore non voice process, night shift), other employees talking about hari santhosh team, he supporting dual employment and heavy cornering, all are happy with hari's team(voice process)...Read More
