Worst organisation to work. Sorry, it's not even a company; It is a shop. Lala company at all.They look promising in starting but you will find their true colours soon. I would say if anybody wants to see what the toxic culture is then you should go there. It's running by a family and they will like and dislike you that if you are mouth pleasant to them. No matter how hard you work, they won't appreciate you. Company politics is at its heights, dying for every single penny. The MD is directly involved in every projects, which help employees to learn from him directly. Other than this, its is just like another company in Delhi NCR organized by one family. Fun activities, which they do on Saturdays.

Due to some reason as well as bad working planning,and no responsibility apon site requirements. Each field executive are really confuse about upcoming rules change again to again.
