There’s nothing that anyone can like In the zombie land named Enh.

One jovial person can also learn how to behave seriously, with no one talking to you, teaching or guiding you and then after you have spent time they will conduct assessment and throw you out saying you didn’t clear assessment, no training will be given, mentor is very busy without any project doesn’t have time to guide or teaches anyone. Even if he teaches he will find 100000 errors you will feel you should never get into his room. One HR Madam does follow with all interns like school teacher without a stick what we are doing, shoots videos and post them on social media god knows for what kind of promotion. Make you sing song don’t know for what Antakshari competition. When they come to campus, one Sir comes and speaks so good that first 3 years of career work at one place, people will think wow what gyan and nice HR nice company and this company is heaven, and you join and then you get to know you cannot talk, cannot joke, cannot walk and then you understand this is a biggest door to hell. Too late lost 6 months of precious time and other campus opportunities. Worst of all you have to come sharp at 9am and leave by 7:30pm or wait till your home work is done....Read More

The company is partial towards employees favoring select few. Compensation is negligent compared to the overtime employees are subjected to. Project manager do not value individuals effort and project a wrong picture about the individual to the management. One has to attend calls and work over the weekend and still the work effort goes unnoticed severely understaffed. Management manipulates the company policy to stronghold their stance sometimes without informing the individuals. The company policy states the work hours to be 9 am to 6 pm still the employees are gas-lighted when they leave for the day even after 9 pm everyday....Read More
