Zero work life balance, micro management, no appreciation for good work just demotivation and demoralization. Most of the Saturdays are working, sometimes even Sundays. Even national holidays are compromised. The list can go on

1. Technical team is very good. Very supportive and helpful. 2. Work life balance is best here. 10am - 7pm time is strictly followed here. But before release if there is heavy work pressure, it can go beyond 7pm.

1. Technology is very old. 2. No free certification oppertunity or learning oppertunity other than work. 3. Holidays are very less. 4. 10am - 7pm time is strictly followed. And Time Doctor is used to maintain work time and salary. That means if anyone is out of their computer for more than 5 minutes, Time Doctor will pause. 5. Freshers need to go through bond. 6. Only in-hand salary. No other facilities. No pf, no insurance nothing....Read More
