Toxic Work Environment

Hi Everyone. I recently joined a company to grow, but the work environment is toxic. The manager is rude, doesn’t guide, and gets angry when I ask questions. They rely on Excel for tasks instead of proper tools like Jira, and tasks lack clear details. Many seniors have quit, and the team is disorganized. HR couldn’t help, and the stress is affecting my mental health. Should I stay or resign? Will leaving early harm my career? If I stay, how can I manage this .without losing my peace?

It's a good company to gain knowledge n learn. Teammates were co- operative and supportive. Training used to happen rarely there were no job security n career growth. There were no satisfactorily increment n no appraisals. There were no source n travelling from company side, politics used to happen but we have to concentrate on out work. There were much more to learn but work environment was not good there were no innovation in any part there is no balance in work- life.
