I’m working from 2019 still I get same salary. Growth is stuck in this company. When you ask for increment they say there is no sale of company and company is not in profit. If company not in profit since last 3 year how they are running company.

Dislikes

They are not giving salary hike. Every time they give one reason that company is in loss and sale target not completed. I think I am designer not sales person so at least they have to give salary hike

If you don't want to make growth in your career then join here or if you don't get job anywhere. Dont join here to spoil your knowledge & career here. No one care here. Bad salary & increment.Here is NO value for self respect and opinion.

...e any ethics, dream , self respect & knowledge in yourself. Salary is bad here. Salary is good for those who are close to Indian management.

It's a good company to gain knowledge n learn. Teammates were co- operative and supportive. Training used to happen rarely there were no job security n career growth. There were no satisfactorily increment n no appraisals. There were no source n travelling from company side, politics used to happen but we have to concentrate on out work. There were much more to learn but work environment was not good there were no innovation in any part there is no balance in work- life. Overall had good working experience with Emirates Logistics.

Dislikes the working environment , salary. There were no benefits n facilities at all.

The local Branch Manager was good and also country Head is also good man but with limited authority bestowed on him.

Job Security is terrible.. they might ask you to leave with immediate effect without any prior notice.. and also you will not get support from CS team in converting your enquiries to business. And also recently introduced Geo Tagging Attendance System which shows the company doesn't have faith in their Sales & Business Development managers or executives. Which even proven Sales people doesn't like...

Everything is good. ... But when your are exit... Your statement is very delay and not proper response from HR... Minimum 2 month you need to follow up... If you are lucky you get excited amount or else very less amount towards actual... Good company to work but Remember exit point... Otherwise all is well in Emirates logistic

HR response after resignation very very poor .... Need to follow up more then 2 month .... After long waiting not sure how much amount you will receive towords actual....
