Dislikes

Most of the our colleagues leaving company to get better opportunities somewhere so management should think about why they are leaving?. For my observation because of less salary.

I recently joined a new company, and within 10 days, I received a more attractive offer from another company. Can I resign without serving the notice period? Would declining any salary and relieving letter (Experience Letter) it easier for the company to agree to my departure?
