1. Its not allowed to talk to coworker. If you go to someone's desk so called manager will give that fake smile and ask you to go back to own desk. 2. They assign used cloths (someone's tshirt, barmuda etc.) To clean own desk. 3. Insurance is only for employee not for family. Very less sum assured. And clause is, you can not avail benifit berore 3 months. When asked HR said, its to avoid missuse of insurance. (Never seen this before, ideally its form day one) 4. Cannot leave company premises more than thrice as if its a prison. 5. No one can present anything well in English language. 6. Also make sure you carefully handle managers ego. 7. Good projects and work to enhance your technical skills. Co-works and senior developer are guide time to time. Lots for things learning while working on project. A good work-life balance. No work after 5pm. Saturday and Sunday off.

Project are complex to understand. Average developer need more training session.
