• We are looking for a Software Support Engineer with having a good knowledge of .Net, C#, SQL to join Software Development team in our organization. A candidate must have good experience in SQL and C# technology.

Minimum Studies:

• B.E. / B.Tech. , MCA or MSC or equivalent

Key Responsibilities:

• Ability to communicate in a precise and effective manner (verbal and written in English).
• Solving the incidence in production environments.
• Proactively communicate with user and development team to understand and resolve incidence.
• Proactively take follow up with different team members.
• Able to operate independently with little guidance.
• Being a team player that can deliver in a high pressure and high demanding environment.
• Experience in ticketing tool Jira Service Desk or similar tool.
• Experience in C# programming to debug existing code.
• Analysing existing code and try to understanding working.
• Good to have development experience in desktop applications using WinForms.
• Experience in Visual Studio 2005/2015.
• Experience in SQL for MySQL, Complex Query, Stored Procedures, etc.
• Good to have knowledge of SQL for MySQL Server.

Mandatory Skills:

• C#.Net, SQL, SQL Query, Store Procedures, etc
