Dear designers, Please don't join this company if u want good physical and mental health, skill development.

Dislikes

- Many designers faced health issues due to excessive pressure. - They don't even use GD&T, Tolerance stack which is very basic for a designer. - Designer don't have decision making authority here, u will be puppet of production and quality 'operators' here. - Production Manager and other persons were not even engineer, they don't even have right manners to speak. - micromanagement- You have to answer your senior why u spent 5 minutes extra in bathroom... - Pathetic mentality of senior management. - Did fraud in employee's salary. - Very Egoistic seniors. - Plant head continuously threat you leave company....Read More
