Nothing to like about this company or work culture. Compensation might be the only good thing but that too only when negotiate well. Appraisals are a sham.

Dislikes

Company culture, Work life balance, lack of diversity, ability to learn and grow, regressive company policies and the attitude of the promoters including senior management towards the employees. Talentless people are occupying position of power and the entire company is suffering due to this. The HR department works with zero to no ethics and the department are headed by professional having no relevant experience or expertise.
