I was worked with nice teammates in my 2.6 years experience with Emcure. Lot of things i learned in Emcure. Emcure has a good learning technologies.

No job security, management have no value of employees, no future of company.

Dislikes

Management is too cheap. AGM said employees to follow SOPs and incharge said dilute to SOPs. And if therefore employees follow SOPs then they'll complaint to AGM that he is not working well and they transfer the employee to another department.

Work Details

It's one of the huge cheapest company in pharmaceutical industry. Someone want to make future in pharma industry plz don't join Emcure.
