I am working in Emcure pharmaceuticals pune Maharashtra in analytical method validation department. I joined as a assistant manager in company but given treatment is like casual and officer grade analyst. Other assistant manager were prepare protocols , reports but no proper preparation as well as review practice. At the time of practical activity found that protocol not prepared as per SOP , guide line as well as requirements , therefore activity get delay and because of that head allways bothering on analyst not on reviwers or protocol preparators(10+yrs of experience). Now, all other companies validation activity perform at plant level as per regulatory and company requirements but in Emcure people were not support to do such things. Never accept good and acctual practice. Always thinking in political way. No support from internal department. 23 to 24 days continue working and then fight for comoff with manager.
