1. VP treats teacher like a slave. 2. You cannot leave with one month's notice if you are not happy with the compensation compared to the work. 3. Work life balance is zero. 4. Expect to say Yes for everything. 5. Ginormous work pressure. 6. No discipline among students 7. Teachers are blamed for being strict. 8. Teachers are blamed if students do mistake but teacher can't scold or advice them. 9. VP & HR use fancy/ decorative words before joining and you will get much less than expected. 10. CTC, NET pay, Gross pay and EPFO one must learn and well acquainted with the term else you will be disappointed with remuneration. 11. Entry time is fixed but you never know when r u going to leave and they daam care about it. SAVE YOURSELVES , DON'T FALL IN THIS TRAP...Read More
