Coming to salary salary is not enough as for this generation and and the mind set of the DO and TL is divide and rules no the staff, and no two week off for night shift, and after completing 8 hour shift then we have to wait for extra 1-2 hours for the baggage agent to come and collect the Rush bags very disturbing thing, and DO use labour language when staff do any mistake it's give feeling like we working like labour and TL if she doesn't like any staff she will always point out his all small mistake or try to frame Staff and there are two casual leave and sick leave if staff has taken any of them our DO make them to swap there sick leave or casual leave with their week off so what is the mean of the company to give us leave and better to remove this function of sick leave and casual leave. I was have a DG training in Mumbai at morning I went from flight to Mumbai and came return at night at 12:30 pm from Mumbai my DO called me to report at 2 o'clock for shift no proper rest I have work without sleep...Read More

There is nothing good abt this company to mention it was my worst experience working with çelebi when the station manager itself is not good how can one expect the employees to be happy with that lady

Environment is too bad the HR SM Hr mangers in other states are not trust worthy they can go to any extent to remove an employee from the company unnecessarily without any reason just to satisfy their ego anyone going there for an interview please avoid giving interviews in çelebi it's all dirty politics in this company this companydoesn't provide any facility need to do it by your own everything if at all your working there then be carefull you can be into any trouble any moment...Read More
