The organization is good, office infrastructure is very good for Ratna's office.

- Less traveling options to the headquarters office at Ratna. - There is corporate politics inside the office. - The company is good but the management is not good. If you get a good team then it's okay but mostly you don't get it. - HR treat you as if they hear your concerns but they work accordingly management says. - They will give you a task in the morning and ask you to complete it by evening even if it is challenging or hard to achieve. They will not hear your concerns. - If you complain to HR about management, they will add you to a program called PIP(Project improvement plan) to fire you. - They say they have flexible working hours but some of the management members don't allow to work flexibly....Read More

The company is open to innovation and readily adopts the latest technology. I love the fact that I am a part of a team that is involved in the development of the product in the medical domain which helps people in the entire world. Another plus point is that my colleagues come from various cultural backgrounds, and we work happily in collaboration.

Dislikes

Compensation is decent, but growth is slow. There is no on-job training for freshers, hence senior folks like me have to guide them step-by-step, which is a pain sometimes.
