Working environment is good most all are youngsters they are very enthusiastic to learn new things. We grow personally. Every seniors and even MD are more supportive to make as a better personality.

Pathetic work culture. Project managers behaves like thugs. Company doesn't respect employees personal life,they make them to work overtime always. This people doesn't even know how to design small Retaining wall and culverts.

I used to work on all sundays without having personal life.I curse this company even in my dreams...when they have to reduce staff then they start blaming the person for each and every work they do so that they will resign from their position on thier own
