The epitome of the worst company ever can be summed up as an organisation that not only consistently fails to pay its employees for months on but also fosters an environment where day dreaming & incoherent chatter replace any semblance work . In this nightmarish workplace, employees are left to struggle to make ends meet as their hard earned money remain elusive. Current Job Situation: I’ve been working at TCS for over 2.5 years, with a total experience of 4.5 years. My salary is 9.6 LPA, and I work with technologies like Casper framework, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, JSP, Java, PL/SQL, and JBoss. While I have good job security and flexibility, I feel like I’m working with outdated technologies and have a lot of leisure time, which is affecting my motivation. Concerns: 1.
