I would like to work in the company instead of as service engineer because of innovation in various products and leading company as data logger provider in India...

Not all the sites but some depends on incharge and project manager will torture service engineers and the company human resource or higher level employees doesn't respond to the complaints who resigned from their company,because of politics they don't see the reality what happens at sites.over journey and low salary and salaries also late as on 12-20 of every month sometimes onnce or twice in 1st week..they charge 48 k if any employees breaks two and half year bond .no career growth,more difficult to balance......Read More

I do installation,troubleshooting and maintenance of Efftronics products which are mostly in relay rooms of stations & within the stations ,in the fields.

There is a bond of 2.5 years before you cannot resign. Some site conditions are really hard to work. Low salaries.
