As an employee of EFRAC I have to say the salary and other allowances were on time even during the COVID period and the company has future goals which also improves the career of an employee.

HR Joining Policies are too fast. Office timing is acceptable.

After joining everything is very slow. Everytime you will be threatened for salary. Company FnF process is worst.

All are puppets. HR also don't have the authority to speak for the employees. Doesn't share the Holiday list, so that the employees could plan based on it.

The versatality of the new eqipment allows us to perform a wider range of equipments allows us to perform a wider range of experiments and analysis, expanding the scope of their research project
