It's fake institute don't take admission in dis institute due to all are fake people oprating class . Not given single notes . They have no teacher's to conduct class . repeatedly given false commitment. Owner is playing with students career . All below reviews are put forcefully from employees. I got an offer from both the companies, manager role. Flipkart’s offer: fixed (x) + variable pay + stock Deloitte’s offer: fixed (x+1) + variable + 1.5L joining bonus Variable pay % is the same. Flipkart is offering a sizeable huge chunk in stock. What should I consider apart from compensation? Annual hikes, WLB, work culture, etc? (Note that It’s a non IT role)
