In charitable Trust we have to do work with dedication of 100 % Salary was 6℅...At the time of joining they said it was fixed salary.. They didn't give fixed salary... In Survey our team leader was too rude we have to reach target for every 1hour without any mistake she shouted on team........... In college they didn't give salary at all

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
