You have to do at yourself. You have to learn yourself and make it work. Whole and sole responsibility is yours so you get to learn all things.

Dislikes

Poor management of projects. No trust on employees. No appraisal. Politics a a lot. No motivation. Bad experience in managing work-life balance. No training.

Work Details

I had spent my time studying all things on my own and implemented in all projects but there is no value for good employees. Be a spoon so you will able to taste honey, this is the thing at the end.
