Great place to expand your knowledge. Lot of diverse teams and we get to see great cultural experiences. Work life balance is good.

Salary hike is never there. Promotions are a dream. The half yearly bonus (which is a part of our annual pay) is not given fully. Lesser than 50% is only given. In some cases, much lesser.

Appraisal policy of edgeverve is worst they are not giving a single percentage of hike after spending 2+ years at this organization. Technologies they are working on is old so there is no chances to enhance new skills while working.
