The worst company i have ever met in pharma world with zero professionalism. Even for salary slip one need to beg infront of VP Commercial - Manish Shah who made the work place terrible. He doesn't allow to get salary slip every moth. Even after leaving the company he doesn't allow to get you basic documents like Relieving Letter and FnF ar least for 4 to 5 months or even more than that depending on his mood..... When you resigned from Edge Pharma this person will ensure to make your notice period worst than hell...so think 100 times before joining the company. There is nothing to like about this company .... rules n regulations varies from person to person I.e. if you are in good book you will get leaves and work from home and other facilities or else not....Read More

1. Deducted my bonus n FnF of 1.8 lakhs under the name of late mark. Who does this ? I had worked at senior post in RA still I faced such a shameful situation at Edge Pharma so one can think what would be the situation of lower level employees. 2. No value for sincere work 3. No value for an employee as an individual. 4. Lot of interference by non technical person 5. No authority even to take small decision of regulatory Affairs No matter at which position u work. 6. Use fabricated documents 7. Deduct half day salary if you reached even 10 or 15 mins late. No matter how much extra hours you have worked. 8. Unhygienic washroom which is used by both male and female employees several times but same will be cleaned only once in morning which is ridiculous but no one will attend your pinpoint....Read More
