Salary date, no value for your talent and everything politics, no job security, appraisal and benefits are not clearly told to you and you get nothing in the end, promotion is based on bucket, not depending on your skills and talent. Horrible HR who doesn't care if employee gets his/her salary on time or not. Shifts based on politics.

Currently iam not working with e-cosmos but I had great experience in that company, my teammates are good we had an nice trainer who he has a knowledge about the process very well, career growth is average, salary and appraisal is acceptable and work environment is average. And work life balance is going good.

I have the following offers: 1. Exl - 24 lpa fixed + 12% variable + 2 lakhs joining bonus Position - manager 2. Infinite computer solutions - 30 lpa fixed 3. Deloitte - Still negotiating trying for 30-35 lpa I am prioritizing long term employment as well as personal/ professional growth as I have major family responsibilities coming ahead in next year.
