The company has no proper work ethics. Understaffed. Salary is never given on time more over unnecessary pay cuts. The office space is unsanitary and many times it actually stinks. Work is never on time. The company doesn't fullfill work related requirements of employees . For a software company all the system's are outdate. The client is often kept in the dark regarding his project.
