It is a good place to learn skills needed to run your own business. Anyone who wants to learn about the real world can spend some time here.

Dislikes

The payment structure is not good. There is no fixed salary. It's entirely comission based. It's an on field sales job where if you make a sale, you get 23% of the revenue and if you don't, you don't get anything. They do not pay for your travel and other expenses.

Recruitment process is misleading. The salary is was incentive based but they never mentioned it directly gatekeeping the details. After wasting money and time they still didn't discuss it.
