An overall good company with nice shift Timings, but the bosses in UK never bother to take the feedbacks from employees working in India.

Dislikes

Process Manager thinks she is right in taking every decision, without caring about the team leaders n the below staff... Employee satisfaction is missing. Yet no one dares to speak as they are afraid of the consequences.

Growth, appraisal and learnings all depend upon how much the operation manager likes you. Toxic environment because of favoriteeism and too much politics.
