Flexible working hours and a timely salary credit. Holidays and leave calendars are also good.
Dislikes
There is no work-life balance. There are no reward or recognition benefits; even after performing better, no increment your fate is totally in the hands of the manager. There are lots of internal politics, and those who are buttering well are getting good hikes. In EBEX 5 years tenure I have seen lots of capable and deserving employees left the organization. The leaders like Irendra Chabra CEO & Director, Deep Das Gupta, IT Head, and Ragesh Rampal, Group CTO, are clueless and directionless. Only interested in making money and shaping their own career. But not worried about company status, it's vision about it's family. Due to such mismanagement and irresponsibility, the closure of company. It not only leads to doom and company misfortune, but these guys also lose their jobs and positions. Also the HR head Nilofur Khandwawala was more interested in laying off employees. No formal training or improvement plan was introduced for the employee retention. First, they brought different team members from other Essel entities, and then they started firing them one by one. It doesn't make any sense, and it also didn't help in their cause. Instead of introducing better strategies and employee-friendly policies, focus and give more time to projects and new client and service improvements. They are laying off people to recover losses and get revenue, which never works and leads to the closure of the company....Read More
