Eaton culture - first they slap you & then cuddling with some cheap gifts, very bad attitude of management. Office Politics, Management tries to sell things to leaders which are not feasible, favoratism, senior people draw high salary but responsiblity lies with junior to get work done, management tries to avoid getting layoff by hook and crook even though they don't contribute to any value addition
